Within 24 hours from receipt of goods, if the product is defective due to transportation (damp, wet), manufacturing error (teared, threaded, not the correct product ordered, not as per product description), Please take a photo of the defective area, contact PlayatHome (PAH) via email [email protected] or Fanpage and send the product to the address below for processing or exchange for a new product.

Once the product has arrived, PAH will send a confirmation email and will notify you whether or not to accept the return.

In case of accepting return and refund, PAH will send it back via bank transfer within 3-5 working days.

Complimentary products, when defective and returned, will be replaced with a Gift Card or Discount Code. When receiving defective goods, PAH will email you information.

If the returned product was purchased as a gift and sent to you, PAH will notify and refund the donor, upon receipt of the returned product.

Refunds are delayed or refunds are not received

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your account again.

PAH only accepts returns for products sold at full price, does not accept returns for promotional products.

Return shipping fee

Please pay the shipping fee yourself when returning the item. PAH will not refund shipping charges in the event of a refund.
